Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all Orders placed through this Website. By placing an Order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing
Orders will generally be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 Business Days after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
Business Hours
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Taiwanese public holidays.
Peak Seasons and Exceptional Circumstances
During promotional campaigns, public holidays (including Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival), severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control, Order processing and delivery times may be extended. Any significant delays will be announced on this Website or through our official social media channels where applicable.
2. Shipping Methods, Shipping Fees, and Free Shipping
We currently offer the following Shipping options for destinations within Taiwan (main island only):

*Delivery times are estimates only and are provided for reference. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the logistics provider and destination.
If your Order contains both in-stock and pre-order Products, all Products will generally be shipped together once every item in the Order becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
3. Shipping Information
Convenience Store Pickup

The name of the recipient must match the identification presented at the time of pickup. Failure to provide matching identification may result in the parcel being unavailable for collection.

Once the parcel arrives at the selected convenience store, a pickup notification will be sent by the logistics provider. The parcel must be collected within seven (7) days. If the parcel is returned due to failure to collect it within the required period, any additional Shipping costs for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Home Delivery (Black Cat / Yamato Transport)

Please ensure that the recipient's name, Shipping address, and contact telephone number are accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect Shipping information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the recipient's unavailability, any additional Shipping charges incurred for re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Home Delivery services are generally not available on Sundays. Please provide a Shipping address where the recipient is available to receive the parcel during normal delivery hours.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your Order has been dispatched, a Shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Order.
The email will include a tracking number, which may be used to monitor the delivery status through the applicable logistics provider.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
To protect your rights and facilitate any claims, we strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted video while opening your package upon delivery.
If you receive a Product that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A complete unboxing video; and

Any relevant photographs or supporting information.
Upon verification of the issue, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
